Customer Service

Customer Service office hours are from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm GMT/BST, Monday to Friday.

Delivery Times

Currently we are only taking back orders on all our products. We aim to deliver by the first week of December 2016. You will be notified via email when your parcel is ready for dispatch.

If you are a trader we will be aiming to get orders delivered by mid-September 2016.

These estimates are based on information from our couriers and cannot be guaranteed by www.lylarb.phloxrivere.co.uk.

When placing your order please try to use a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the parcel, as we may use Securicor for delivery purposes and they request a signature upon delivery.

How do I ship my order to a different address?
When you enter the checkout process, your default delivery address will be displayed along with the option to Change address. By clicking on the latter, you will be taken to your own address book, where you can add new addresses, edit existing addresses, and select an alternative address for the delivery of your current order.

If you have already confirmed your purchase, or you are unable to change the address upon checkout, you can still be change the order shipping address (provided your order has not yet entered the dispatching process) by contacting us at service-lylarb@phloxrivere.co.uk.

Returns And Cancellations

How can I cancel all or part of my order?
Please contact us at service-lylarb@phloxrivere.co.uk to cancel your order in part or in whole.

Provided your merchandise has not been despatched, we will halt processing of your order and refund your credit card account. Should your merchandise have already left our warehouse, we will provide you with the necessary information for returning the item(s) to us for refund.

Can I return an item and, if so, will I have to pay for postage?
We guarantee the quality of all products purchased from our bookshop. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, in its original condition, within 28 days of receipt of your package for a full refund of the purchase price. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly compensate you for the returns postage within a week of processing the return.

How do I return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please contact our Customer Services Department at service-lylarb@phloxrivere.co.uk.

How long will my return take to be processed?
We endeavour to process returns within one week of receipt or within 28 days of cancellation. Be sure to include your order number in any correspondence so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible for you.

How will I receive my refund?
The account of the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited back the amount of that purchase, less postage and packing if returned past 28 days from receipt of your package (unless we’ve made an error).

What if I have not received my refund?
If you do not receive credit for your return within four weeks (six weeks for items travelling overseas), please notify us at service-lylarb@phloxrivere.co.uk.

Lylarb.phloxrivere.co.uk is not responsible for lost returns.

Security

How do we make on-line shopping safe?
Lylarb.phloxrivere.co.uk do not request or hold any credit/debit card information. We direct all payment transactions via Paypal, a Secure Payment Capture service. Paypal ensures the highest security for the processing of your credit and debit card details by means of a secure SSL-encrypted link for all online credit verification.

Affiliates Program
LYLARB is currently using the JVZoo platform to run it’s affiliates program. Please refer to the JVzoo Support section in the first instance, should you run into any problems. 99% of the time your will be able find a solution there.

Trade orders

Please contact us on service-lylarb@phloxrivere.co.uk to get a trade discount code. Orders placed online without the discount code, will not be subject to the trader’s discount.
